[UPDATE] How to Deal with the eFootball™ Coin Issue

As a temporary measure for this issue, we have suspended the sale of eFootball™ Coins from the PlayStation™Store for some time.

Note that you can still purchase eFootball™ Coins from within the game by going to [Shop] > [eFootball™ Coins].

We will make another announcement when they become available again in the PlayStation™Store.

We have noticed an issue that occurs during the purchase of eFootball™ Coins. Specifically, when attempting to purchase eFootball™ Coins under certain circumstances, the purchased Coins do not seem to be reflected in your balance correctly. The conditions that trigger this issue are:

・ Attempting to purchase eFootball™ Coins from inside the game, after being logged in for 1 hour or more. If these conditions are met, the following error messages are shown on the screen:

"Purchase Incomplete

An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."

"Unable to Purchase

An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."

・ Attempting to purchase eFootball™ Coins from the PlayStation™ Store, after being logged into the game for 1 hour or more. If these conditions are met, no error message appears on the screen, but the issue will occur

If you run into this issue, close and restart the game. This should cause the purchased eFootball™ Coins to be correctly reflected in your balance.

Please avoid attempting to make multiple purchases if you notice that your balance doesn't seem to be updated correctly.

Doing so may result in you having to pay for all these purchases, even though you did not intend to make most of them.
