[Update 2] Game Plan Issue During Events

We have implemented a fix to this issue during the 22/12/2022 maintenance, and the previously suspended [Auto-pick players] function is available once again in all applicable Events.
As compensation, we sent 5,000 GP to all users that have created an account by 22/12/2022 02:00 (UTC).

Once again, we apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.

We have applied a hotfix to the issue shown below during the 06/09/2022 update.
As part of this hotfix, the [Auto-pick players] functionality in the Game Plan is temporarily disabled for events that use Authentic Teams.
Do not worry, as we plan to bring this functionality back in a future update.

As compensation for this issue, we will send 20,000 GP to all users that have created an account by 06/09/2022 02:00 (UTC).

*Please be aware that items in the Inbox may have an expiry date.

In addition, we will send another 20,000 GP as compensation for this issue when the fix becomes available.

We are aware of the following issues occurring in events that use Authentic Teams.

1. Players that are shown in the starting lineup are erroneously duplicated in the "Substitutes" and "Reserves" screens.

2. If you use the "Auto-pick players" function in [Game Plan] > [Team Menu], the duplication issue described above may occur with previously non-duplicated players. Note that if this happens, you will not be able to reverse this duplication until the event ends.

When joining an event, please refrain from using the "Auto-pick players" functionality and pick the players you wish to place in your starting lineup/substitutes/reserves manually.

We are currently hard at work on fixes for all known issues.
We will provide more information when the update goes live.
