We have implemented a fix to this issue during the 24/11/2022 maintenance. However, we have since discovered some inadequacies in the implemented fix.

We will be implementing an additional fix during the 01/12/2022 maintenance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

All affected users will receive some form of compensation following the 01/12/2022 maintenance.

Once again, we apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.

Following v2.2.0, we have discovered an issue regarding the match results of User Matches. Specifically, after the opponent forfeits a match, users may in rare cases see the match being incorrectly recorded as a loss instead of a win.

A fix for this issue will be implemented during the 24/11/2022 maintenance.

*We regret to inform you that all match records prior to the fix cannot be changed.

We intend to send out some form of compensation to all users who encountered this issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
