Some users experienced the following issue during the Master League Sprint Event held from 09/04/2026 to 16/04/2026.

・ During the period of time directly proceeding the start of maintenance on 16/04/2026, some users were able to spend eFootball™ Coins and restore Lives even if it was not possible for them to start a match.

This led to a situation in which the Event ended without those users being able to spend the Lives they purchased.
As a token of apology, we have sent the affected users 10,000 GP and reimbursed the eFootball™ Coins that they spent.
