A fix for this issue was implemented in an update released on 25/08/2022.

As an apology for this issue, we have sent 10,000 GP to all users that have created an account by 25/08/2022 02:00 (UTC).

Regarding Contract Renewals

We have confirmed an issue regarding contract renewals under [‪eFootball™ World‬] > [My Team] > [Players]. Specifically, after sorting players in the order of [Duration of Contract], selecting a player will see the information of a different player being erroneously displayed.

Therefore, please refrain from sorting players in the order of [Duration of Contract] when performing contract renewals.

We will implement a fix to this issue in an upcoming update.

We plan to send a compensation for this issue at a later date.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
