We will be releasing an update for eFootball™ 2024 in mid-September. After this update, the name of the game will change to "eFootball™" v4.0.0.
eFootball™ v4.0.0 will include data updates to reflect promotions/relegations of domestic leagues and player transfers.

■ In-Game Asset and Other Data Carryover
The following in-game assets will be carried over.

・ Chance Deal

・ Progress of Objectives
・ Contents of Inbox
・ Username
・ Country/Region
・ Date of Birth
・ Login Bonus

The carryover details of the below assets may vary depending on the available content at the time of the update.

Courtesy Rating will be set as "A" at the timing of the update.

Your Balance Sheet will be carried over as-is. However, some names may not be displayed, depending on post-update licenses and available content.

Match History will not be carried over.

■ Players/Managers
Due to changes in licenses and available content, some players and managers may become unavailable.
Unavailable players and managers cannot participate in matches, but you can still earn GP and items for releasing them.

The players and managers that are scheduled to become unavailable will have their status changed during the v4.2.0 update, which is planned for the Winter of 2024.
You can check which players/managers are scheduled to become unavailable inside the game, after the v4.0.0 update goes live.
*Affected players will be limited to specific Standard players that were acquired prior to the v4.0.0 update. All other players will remain available for you to play.

■ My League
Progress and My League Points will be reset with the v4.0.0 update.

■ Contract Renewal (60 Days)/Contract Renewal (10 Days)
・ Contract Renewal (60 Days)
As compensation, each Contract Renewal (60 Days) you own will be converted into a Chance Deal. This Chance Deal will allow you to randomly sign a player from a Box containing up to 100 previously released Epic and Highlight players.
・ Contract Renewal (10 Days)
As compensation, Contract Renewal (10 Days) x6 will be converted to the above Chance Deal.
*If you have a fewer than the required number of Contract Renewals (10 Days), they will still be converted into 1 Chance Deal.
*Please note that the expiration date of the Chance Deals, which are converted from Contract Renewal (60 Days)/Contract Renewal (10 Days), is 27/02/2025 01:59 (UTC).

■ Large-scale maintenance for Licence Update
We will conduct a large-scale maintenance in mid-September as part of the eFootball™ v4.0.0 update.
Some "Standard" players signed in eFootball™ 2024 will have their photos updated.
