A fix for this issue was implemented during the 18/04/2024 maintenance.

As a token of apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue, we have sent the following compensation to all users that have created an account by 18/04/2024 02:00.

We have confirmed an issue regarding online User Matches where Game Plan configurations made prior to matchmaking may not be reflected in-match.

If this issue occurs, return to [Home] once the match ends and select any online User Matches from [Match] without clicking on a banner. This will see your Game Plan configurations being reflected in-match.
*Note that if you continue to play matches without performing the above actions, your Game Plan configurations will not be reflected in-match.

A fix to this issue will be implemented in a future update.
We intend to send out some form of compensation to users in the coming days.
