A fix was implemented for this issue in the update on 12/24/2022.
The app will now launch normally with mobile data on iOS.

As compensation for this issue, we have sent 300 eFootball™ Coins to all users that have created an account by 12/24/2022 04:00 (UTC).

Once again, we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience.

This is an update on the status of the discovered issue.

We are also aware that the app may sometimes crash during matches or other instances on Wi-Fi.

This issue is still under investigation, and we are currently working on providing a solution as soon as possible.

A fix to this issue, as well as a Courtesy Rating reset will be implemented along with a version update in the coming days.

As compensation for this issue, we will be sending 300 eFootball™ Coins to all users once these issues are fixed.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Mobile Data Issue

We have confirmed an issue on iOS where launching the app with mobile data will result in the app crashing.

We are currently working on a solution for this issue.

Please access the game on Wi-Fi until further notice.

A follow-up announcement will be made in due course.

In the meantime, we would like to extend a sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.
