The following issue was fixed during maintenance on 06/04/2026.

・ In PvP matches, a void match may have occurred during the match if the following conditions were met:
　The Base Team was set to Spain for the home team.
　The stadium was set to Custom Stadium.
　The stadium graphics quality settings differed from the opponent's (combination of Lowest and Standard or High).
　The ball hit the advertising boards, or a goal celebration occurred during the match.

As a token of apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue, we have sent the following compensation to all users that have created an account by 06/04/2026 02:00 (UTC).

Following the update to v5.5.0, we have confirmed an issue in PvP matches where, under certain conditions, matches may not end properly and may be recorded as a void match.
A fix for this issue will be implemented during the 06/04/2026 maintenance.

Compensation for these issues will be provided at a later date.
