[Update] Issue Regarding Certain Players and Managers

During the 07/28/2022 maintenance, we have withdrawn the concerned players from all affected users.

At the same time, we identified that some users had already undergone player development for the concerned players.

For those users, we have returned them with all of the in-game items used to develop the concerned players. Moreover, we have also sent users that had featured the concerned players in matches "Exp. 1,000 Training Program x1" to compensate for the in-match Experience Points gained.

Following the 07/28/2022 regular maintenance, we have discovered an issue regarding certain players and managers on the Standard Player List and Manager List. Specifically, users were able to sign players and managers that had an erroneous display of in-game data such as Stats and appearance.
To address this issue, we have implemented the following measures during the additional maintenance that commenced on 07/28/2022 10:40 (UTC).
‪・ Removing the concerned players and managers from the Standard Player List and Manager List
・ Withdrawing the concerned players and managers from users that have already signed them
‪・ Replacing the concerned players and managers that were registered in a Game Plan with other user-owned players or managers
In light of the withdrawal of players and managers, we have reimbursed all users who have signed these players or managers with the amount of GP spent at the time of signing. Please claim your reimbursement from the Inbox.
Moreover, as a token of apology for the inconvenience caused by the issue and the prolonged maintenance, we have sent 30,000 GP to all users who have created an account by 07/28/2022 10:40 (UTC).
