Save data not used for a long period of time will be deleted in accordance with the eFootball™ Terms of Use.

■ Data Subject to Deletion
Save data will be deleted if it is deemed unlikely that it will be used again in the future, such as in cases where a user has not logged in for at least six months and has not played a single match.

■ Timing of Deletion
Deletion will occur during maintenance conducted for the Season Update (v5.0.0) scheduled for the period between August and September 2025.
We will disclose the exact timetable of the removal process at a later date.

■ How to Avoid Deletion
To prevent data from being deleted, log in before it is erased.
Proceed to the screen where a Login Bonus is acquired so that the data will no longer be deleted.

■ Notes
The data cannot be retrieved once removed.
To play again thereafter, a new game must be started with new save data.
