We have confirmed an issue that occurred in online User Matches. Specifically, some users may have encountered the error code "CODE: C_XGYV_0114", causing matches to conclude abnormally and leaving the matches unrecorded in Match History. The issue was observed during the following time period:

11/20/2023 18:49 - 11/23/2023 02:00 (UTC)

We intend to send out some form of compensation to users in the coming days.
