This issue has been fixed during today's maintenance.
We have also fixed the highest ranking reached display on the User Details screen.
*Users with incorrect rankings displayed have also had their rankings amended.

Users who were unable to claim Ranking Rewards as a result of this issue have been sent the adequate rewards.
Moreover, we have sent 10,000 GP to all users who were unable to claim Ranking Rewards or have had their highest ranking reached displayed incorrectly as a result of this issue.

We have confirmed an issue in eFootball™ League where the ranking of the Previous Phase is displayed erroneously for some users, preventing them from receiving their rewards.

We plan to send the correct rewards to all affected users in the coming days.
