Issue Regarding Skill Training Programs

We have confirmed an issue where attempts to redo Skill Training after encountering an error during the previous Skill Training results in multiple Skill Training Programs being spent.

A fix for this issue was applied during the 06/15/2023 maintenance.
All users who encountered this issue will have their erroneously spent Skill Training Programs reimbursed.
As a token of apology, we also sent 30,000 GP to all affected users.
