Promoting Active Participation by Women

Creating an Environment for Women's Active Participation

As a key strategy for sustainable corporate growth, Konami Group strives to create an environment that promotes women's participation in the workplace.

In order to further promote this initiative, we have set a goal to increase the ratio of women in management positions to 20% or more by FY2025. As a measure to meet this goal, "Management & executive level training programs" to train and develop the skills of candidates for these positions have been introduced together with interviews with returnees from childcare leave to discuss their future work styles and careers.

Furthermore, as part of our efforts to promote active participation by women, on-demand training to deepen understanding of women's health has been offered and taken by 70% of our employees.

Konami Group will continue to create an environment where all employees, regardless of gender, can fully demonstrate their abilities and work vigorously.
