The Konami Group works diligently to preserve the utmost in fair and appropriate practices as our business progresses, by strictly adhering not only to Japan's Unfair Competition Prevention Act, but also to international laws and regulations including the U.S.A.'s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K.'s Bribery Act 2010.

Our internal policies clearly state the prohibition of bribes to public officials and other persons, and we ensure strict compliance with all requirements pertaining to this prohibition.

Furthermore, each company within the group conducts training regarding trends in the bribery prevention laws of each country, further reinforcing our robust bribery prevention measures.
