Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 - Online Pass for PlayStation 3 Owners
Please make sure your copy of PES 2013 is from the same region as your PS3 and your PSN account.
We would like to remind all our players that an Online Pass code is required to access the online content of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 on PlayStation 3. Each original copy of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 includes an Online Pass code, which is printed on an insert next to your manual, which will allow you to register on the PlayStation Network for your Online Pass. However if you have bought a second hand copy of the game or if the Online Pass code has been already registered by another user, you will need to purchase a new Online Pass code from the PlayStation Store to be able to access the online content of PES 2013.
Customers who have bought a copy of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 from a different
territory from the PS3 or PSN Account will not be able to register their Online Pass code online, as the server will not recognize the Online Pass code
and return an "invalid code" error message.
So we kindly ask you to please make sure your copy of the game is from the
same region as your PS3 or PSN account before trying to register it online for

[MGS 3DS] Critical Save Bug / Customer Support Question
Known issue: Save game corruption
Dear Customer,
If you save your game in "Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D" during the battle with Ocelot while the Circle Pad Pro control mode is active, your save game may become corrupted and possibly won´t load next time you wish to resume the game.
If you foresee that you will be saving during the battle with Ocelot, please always make sure to deactivate the Circle Pad Pro control mode before saving as otherwise it might be impossible to continue the game. In case the above situation has already occurred, you can delete the corrupted save data and start the game from the beginning. However, we are currently preparing a patch that will resolve this issue and if you are willing to wait for this patch, you will be able to once again use your original save data after having applied the patch. We will make an announcement as soon as the patch is available.

MGO Service drawing to a close
MGO is an online game featuring many unique systems such as “Coordinated play via the SOP System”, “Combat Training Mode”, “Championship Tournaments”, etc., based on the system and world of “METAL GEAR SOLID 4: GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS".
The service was originally intended to have a life span of 3 years. However, out of respect for our loyal fans, we have continually pushed back this deadline in order to support our online community.
Nevertheless, we have regretfully come to a point where players have experienced all that this iteration of Metal Gear Online is able to offer. Therefore, it saddens us to announce that we have decided to end online service with the upcoming fourth anniversary of online service. We would like to apologize to all of the users who are currently enjoying the Online Service for this title, and kindly ask for your understanding.

Question: Can I upload my own music into PES 2011 for PC or XBOX 360? The manual says I can, but I don't know how.
Answer: We apologize for any confusion with the manual, there was an error in the printed version.
The only version at this time that allows you to upload your own music into the game is PES 2011 for the Playstation®3 system.
