Beginning 8/10/10 4:00pm pacific standard time ("PST") and ending 8/11/10 4:00pm pacific standard time ("PST") on (the "Term"), join Konami Twitter http://twitter.com/Konami as a Konami follower and re-tweet (RT) the sweepstakes "Opening Pitch" tweet.

Five (5) prize winners will be selected at random using Random.org at the end of the Term from among all re-tweets received by 4:00pm PST on 8/11/10 and submitted by eligible entrants through a legitimate Twitter account. Each prize winner will receive one (1) copy of The Cages: Pro Style Batting Practice game (ESRB Rating: E for Everyone) (approximate retail value: $30.00) signed by Los Angeles Dodger great Eric Karros. Winner will be responsible for all other costs and taxes associated with winning the prize.

The winners will receive a direct message via Twitter from TWITTER.COM/KONAMI by 4:00pm PST on 8/12/10. Winners must respond and provide prize delivery information as well as a completed affidavit of eligibility by 12:00pm PST on 8/20/10. If no response is received or a response is incomplete, Sponsor reserves the right to select at random an alternate winner, or terminate this sweepstakes at its discretion. The Sponsor of this promotion is Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., 2381 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 200 El Segundo, CA 90245 ("Sponsor").  A list identifying the winner shall be available from the Sponsor by writing to the Sponsor at the address above and requesting a Winner List.

An unclaimed prize will be forfeited to Sponsor.
