Hey all,

I have a Nintendo DS and the only games i ever play are the DS Castlevania titles.

I think im addicited to these games and need to know if Konami will be creating a 4th Castlevania title for the DS for 2009/2010

Can't wait but need to be put out of my misery.

Konami please let me know if there are any upcoming news for Castlevania DS owners.

You should checkout The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Ninjatown and Wario: Master Of Disguise.

I would like a new DS title, too. Hopefully they'll show something at the Tokyo Game Show.

Hey Konami! If the rumors of a 4th game are true, I hope that when you make it, you add features compatible with the DSi but please do not forget about those of us who do not have one yet. Seriously, if I can't use it on my regular DS, why would I buy it?

For example, remember the emblem you had for us in Portrait of Ruin? That was a pretty good idea so what if you made the new one be able to take either our picture or something else we aim the camera at? That could serve as an emblem and to personalize our game file. It's just a thought and something like that doesn't necessarily have to be shared online if this game is going to have Wi-Fi features. I keep hoping for a better kind of multiplayer experience on a CV game but I suppose practical results are still years away, huh?

BTW, please don't go overboard with the difficulty like you did in Dracula X Chronicles. I borrowed that one from a friend and I couldn't even get past the 3rd stage with Richter.
Also, if there's gonna be an alternate game mode, please don't make it like you've used to cuz, most of them have stunk for me. I hate Albus mode, Maxim mode, Julius mode (except the one on Dawn of Sorrow) and the old axe armor mode from PoR (that one is the worst one for me); not to mention a few others. If there's gonna be an alternate mode, it would be cool if it was more like the classic style CV games, a "lives" system, no items except for sub-weapons, classic bosses that don't take forever to defeat (or God like reflexes for that matter) and things like that. Dracula's Curse and Super CV 4 are the best classic games because they can be tough, but not impossible to beat like the Rondo of blood versions from DXC.

Hey Konami/Dear Santa, quit with the inclusive leveling up, it's not fun, it's cheap. =P

And if you must have a game with it, at least make it happen on an alternate mode like I suggested. That way, those that actually love it or just like it (like myself), can still have a go at it.

BTW, when is the game about 1999 (before Aria of Sorrow) going to come out? Will it be a multiple console release or just a one console exclusive? Please don't say it will be the latter...

Yeah, cos if your audience sucks at gaming so much in general, you should have the option for kids to level up. We need someone to laugh at after all. XD

Yeap! You know how games have to appeal to a wide audience, right? And if they only appealed to hard core gamers, they probably would end up losing more than expected.
For some reason, I keep seeing a "kid mode" when starting a new game on the next CV title, he-he. I remember that the first Spiderman game for PS had that option so it wouldn't be so far fetched to see it in this saga, right? I think I would probably try it at least once and see how I like it.

Yeah well, kids should just play Tetris if they want easy, I say. =P

What? Tetris easy? No way! I see more kids playing Doctor Mario cuz that one my friend, is easy. I hate Tetris cuz it's boring and difficult, if you can believe that...

Ok, well if you find Tetris difficult thats just that.
But yeah, boring, Leveling Up is just that to me, in fact it's damn monotonous, how many more games must suffer the leveling up gimmick?

I guess yer right. It's why I suggested to some of my CV guild members to check these forums but I'm guessing they haven't stopped by yet.

Still, it just takes a few posts and demands to fix most things.

I guess we shouldn't make these threads be very long in pages otherwise the ones in charge to report to Konami won't feel like reading page after page of what they might consider to be useless information. XD

Well, I mean we would be heard if one of the sub forums were for genuine suggestions, but since we don't have such a forum, we may as well just scream into space; as to the wonderment of possibly being heard by E.T. =P

But even if we did that, the sound waves dissipate in space so we wouldn't even be heard by anyone on the moon (if there was one). Even radio waves vanish after some time! Which means our TV transmissions (thought to have reached some star systems by now) won't even reach proxima centauri.

You can't know that though can you? They wouldn't be from earth after all, maybe they could be one with the universe, so, they could, in theory, hear you even when you were singing while taking a dump. Lookout. :P

I know what you are getting at, but you are trying to define the undefinable with what you are saying. It's like how most act upon faith as if what they believe in is a fact, if you think about it.
